Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts between you and Montos Company will be governed by Swedish Law. For private persons the Swedish Consumer Sales Act is followed (see information and references below).
By ordering, the Customer acknowledges that he/she has agreed to the incorporation and acceptance of the conditions described here. Montos AB have the ownership and withdrawal rights to all products until full payment has been paid by the customer. In order to shop with us, you must be 18 years old.
Price and order
The price includes Swedish VAT / TAX of 12% for supplements (tablets/pills) and 6% for books according to Swedish VAT regulations. Handling charges and shipment costs are included in the price.
Delivery can only be made in Sweden.
Orders possible only in Sweden with payment in advance to swedish bank-giro. Delivery can only be made in Sweden.
Delivery Time and delivery delays
Products in stock are normally sent within 1 working day after we have received your order. Orders received on Friday to Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
In the situation where a product must be ordered from the supplier, delivery time may be slightly longer, but we would then inform the customer of the estimated delivery time.
The packages are sent as first class mail. Delivery time to countries outside of Sweden can be 3-7 working days.
When you receive your order, it is important that you immediately inspect the package and its contents. Should the packaging and contents be damaged, please notify that to your Post Office Customer Service Desk or directly to the package carrier. Always save the confirmation you receive, that states that your goods/package is damaged. We are grateful if you can notify us promptly if it occurs. Return Rights and Open Purchase Rules
According to the Swedish Consumer Rights legislation, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you received the product and without giving specific reason. When using the Right of order withdrawal / Open purchase the customer has to pay the return shipping cost in full. Return Right and Open purchase does not apply when goods cannot be returned in an unassembled, unused and undamaged condition. If you get a product delivered that is faulty or incorrect, we will of course pay the return shipping costs. Contact us immediately before sending the gods back so we can give you a return number identification. The return number is valid for 14 days. In cases where the returned good does not have a RN number or the return is made later than after 14 days no re-payment will be given. Should the product be damaged, Montos Company reserves the right to compensate the buyer by sending a new product. Also see under complaints below and references to relevant Swedish legal acts below.
If you wish to complain about a damaged or defective product, please contact us via email or phone within one week via email@example.com .
Please avoid telephone calls unless necessary (use the forms under Montos or e-mail which better secures that all details will be correct). Always save the packing materials, original carton and payment confirmation. If you return damaged goods to us, include the original packaging material in which it was sent. Montos AB follows the Consumer Protection Legislation, which gives the consumer 36 months complaints right. Complaints Right covers only initial errors, i.e. errors that existed in the product on delivery. This does not apply in cases where we cannot find anything wrong with the product or when you caused the damage yourself.
We reserve the right to changes in pricing due to large price deviations from our suppliers, changed specifications or typing errors or other errors that are beyond our control.
In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action in employment, and similar events beyond our control which are not reasonably foreseeable, and affects the contractual agreements and the pledges from our side, which means that Montos B cannot keep that agreement / pledge, shall constitute the basis that releases us from our obligations to fulfil those agreements.
Privacy, Security, Personal information and temporary cookies
When you place an order with us you state your personal information such as name, address and telephone number. In connection with your registration and ordering you agree that we store and use your information in our business to meet our commitment to you. We also document all communication that we have with you by e-mail, including IP numbers and order time in order to provide the service that you expect from us. Montos will not disclose your personal information to any third parties with the exception of legal requirements by relevant authorities. According to the Swedish Privacy Act, you are entitled to get a copy of the information that we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information will be corrected or removed. Contact us, if so, by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. In certain functions at www.montos.se, for instance in the ordering process, we use something called “session-id” or temporary cookies for necessary technical reasons and they will cease to exists when you turn off your computer (it does not give us any information about you and can not pass on any virus to you).
We also refer to the Swedish Consumer Agency (www.kov.se ), especially see www.konsumentverket.se/otherlanguages/English/Consumer-rights/ and to ARN (www.arn.se/Other-languages/) where you can read in more detail about Consumer Protection and Rights Legislation. In any event of a dispute, we follow ARN’s recommendations.
